Learning objectives

At the end of this teaching unit, each student (3rd year) will have developed/strengthened the following skills:
- Communicate with a person in the way that person wants to be communicated with, not in the way the student wants to be communicated with.
- Get to know yourself/each other in order to work better together.

1) Common learning (values, businesses and engineers, emotions, Process Comm)
2) Additional theory and practice: Depending on the option chosen by the student ("Elementary" or "Informed"), additional reading (Elementary option) / DISC training and theater tools for better communication (Informed option)
3) Nano-project for practical application

Evaluation

Le système de notation est publié avant le déroulement de la semaine PROCCI dans le Moodle PROCCI. Il consiste en des contrôles continus (essentiellement des feedbacks à fournir par l'étudiant·e après chaque séance). Noter que la présence en cours et la participation sont prises en compte dans l'évaluation.
Le contrôle de rattrapage (CF2) consiste en un travail hors présentiel, dont la qualité est évaluée par un Devoir Sur Table en présentiel.
